The only exception will apply to ONE nation who has at least one of the aforementioned resources and one other resource. Again, only ONE nation will be exempted from the requirement since the 12th resource is a wildcard. All other nations must have at least two resources that have not been taken by someone else. Furthermore, all participating nations must have a harbor. If you do NOT have a harbor but are MOST DEFINITELY interested in participating in this trade circle, message me in-game and I can hook you up with the money to do so. We all know (or I at least hope most know) how frustrating it is to lose a trade. Bonuses disappear and a lot of money can be lost!
