I have no problem with you sending $3mill to reliable, active sellers. So basically: 600 tech, however it gets to me, within the generally accepted CN moral code. Guaranteed, as in if there are problems with the sellers you take care of it. Again, as long as I get 600 tech I'm happy. I've got ongoing tech deals but as soon as slots open not related to them I'd like the tech sent to my nation. So first 50 on the 4th, then next 50 on 9th, then once those 2 slots expire another 50 on each day (so 50 more on 14th and 19th). Ok this is getting complex, here we go: Day......................Levels of Tech Due Nov. 4th................50 Nov. 9th................50 Nov. 14th..............100 Nov. 19th..............100 Nov. 24th..............100 Nov. 29th..............100 Dec. 4th................100 Edit: The day the donation is done is negotiable, I'd prefer to talk on IRC about it, you can catch me in #cndefcon or #paradox usually.
