To begin initially we have three nations who are willing to sell tech. Usual price, 3m for 100 tech. These three nations (one including myself) are on CN everyday, so we can guarantee efficiency. If your nation is in a war we can work around it, but I'd prefer a non-warring nation. If we get three buyers we can work a 3x3 deal. Anyone interested can respond below. We might re-open our tech doors in the near future.
