Two questions:

1. What is the character limit per CN PM?

2. What is the official message limit per day of CN PM's? I've heard it was 250, but I've always known it to be 200. If it changed, when did it do so?

You can have at a max, I think, 100 characters. The limit is 200, but you can send 225 messages. The way you do that is wait until you have sent 199 messages then send another messages and carbon copy 25 ruler names.

All right, I already knew that trick. However, I've heard so many people say it was 250 lately...?
