And if all else fails, shut down and restart your computer - hope you sort it out - but as long as the Fast Food benefits are being given to your nation for the fact of having the given Bonus Resource of Fast Food, then I don't see the problem. As it isn't particularly a "bug" to the interior coding of the game itself or anything (as shown by the fact that other nations can view it) but merely something on your part.
