This means that although we are not a democracy where members of government are elected, positions are awarded to the most able, active, and helpful members of the alliance. And that we're situated on the green trading sphere. The Malachite Empire differs from many alliances in the sense that we believe in including ALL of our members. We want to give our membership the opportunity to become something in the cyberverse, develop their nation, hone their political skills, but most importantly have fun Although we wont bother you if you'd rather be left alone. We believe that while we are not a democracy everything any member says counts, and will be taken into account. This is why as a member we concentrate on your individual opinion and well being Also as the Malachite Empire is still a growing alliance you will be more than just a rank and file member, you will be able to obtain a senior position quickly, where you may actually help the alliance directly.
