Count Rupert Posted July 28, 2008 Report Share Posted July 28, 2008 If you'll notice, the Alliance Query Results and the Alliance Nation Statistics are updated at different times. In your case, the Alliance Query Results noting the 170 nations was Last Updated: 7/27/2008 10:39:18 PM. The Alliance Nation Statisitics noting the 168 in war mode and 1 in peace mode (169 nations total) was Last Updated: 7/27/2008 11:00:22 AM, almost 12 hours earlier.
