I'm definitely up for it if your offer still stands. I can do you one better: The day you send me the 3 mil, I will buy 50 tech, send it to one of my trusted guys, and have him immediately send it to you so that you have 50 tech that same day. And then I will send the other 50 tech 10 days later. So, it's much faster that way, if you're willing to accept me. Hope so. Thanks! Oh, I see your foreign aid slots won't permit the quicker delivery; well, I'm still up for it, however you want me to do it.
