And apparently you can't send aid from peace mode. Alright, I've bought the 50 tech, so give me a minute to fix this. I'm going to send to Belgius first and wait for him to accept before I buy the next 50 tech because that makes it way cheaper. By the way - Is it best just to buy five sets of 10 tech? Or is it better to do something else?
