Hawk Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 Had no current aid slots filled...received cash for a tech deal, that shows in one slot out of four....when i click on the nation to send the tech to, msg says have one aid with this nation in past 10 days, and blank page. no options to offer aid or anything. i should have 3 slots open for use. any ideas why i can't access them? Hawkwind You can't have two active foreign aid deals with the same person. That's the reason if you're trying to send the tech to Tercalwin.
