So now I'm back at 0 tech, but I have in the past bought 50 tech. Will I then upon trying to buy more tech pay the lowest possible price (9,500 per level (gold) -- because I'm at 0) or will I continue to pay the price it cost at 50 pre-existing levels of tech?
