Selling nation must be willing to send me 50 tech first, then 10 days later I will send $3 mil, then 10 days later you send the 2nd 50 tech. I've been hosed too many times now sending $3 mil first. I would recommend Winstonopia's tech deals found here. Recommended tech selling alliance or from this guy and his alliance.
