If you have been scammed out of cash, then just buy tech from an alliance that way the alliance will be held responsible if you get hosed. I would recommend Winstonopia's tech deals found here. Recommended tech selling alliance or from this guy and his alliance. THUG POWER That's were I buy my tech from and have never once been hosed out of tech or cash.
