Is NS formula up to date?

Okay, so I saw on the help page that the nation strength =

Land Purchased * 1.5 + Tanks Deployed * .75 + Tanks Defending * 1 + Cruise Missiles * 1.5 + Nuclear Purchased * 50 + Technology Purchased * 20 + Infrastructure Purchased * 3 + Actual Military * .10 + (aircraft rating totals * 5)

I can't get my numbers to match up. Does anyone else have this problem?

My Nation Strength is shown as 23,738.026. However, I calculate that it should be 24615.642 (see calculations below, if you care). Maybe I'm misinterpreting something...what is "Actual Military"? I've assumed that to mean # of soldiers. Or what is "Land Purchased"? I've assumed this to be land from purchases/sales/gains (not natural growth).

........................................Amount....Multiplier.........Subtotal

Land Purchased.................885.448.....1.5................1328.172

Tanks Deployed.................0..............0.75...................0

Tanks Defending................119...........1....................119

Cruise Missiles...................2...............1.5....................3

Nuclear Purchased.............0................50.....................0

Technology Purchased........420.03........20...............8400.6

Infrastructure Purchaed......3999.99......3................11999.97

Actual Military....................14149.........0.1...............1414.9

Aircraft Rating Totals..........270.............5.................1350

.........................................................Total:........24615.642
