choop Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 if you declare war at 12:59 AM you can nuke in one day at 1:00 AM. if you declare war at 12:01 AM you can nuke in one day at 1:00 AM. you must wait until the end of the 24th hour before you can nuke. that's the current game design.
