Trade Screen Problem

I recently switched from orange to blue team. While I was on orange I had a trade with a blue team member. When I switched to blue I should have received the team bonus for that player, but according to the trade screen I wasn't getting it. I'm not sure if I was actually receiving the bonus or not.

Now it's a few days later and I'm trying to get into a trade circle. I canceled and cleared that old trade to accept another offer, but the game will not let me accept the new trade, although according to the main screen I have a slot open (which I should).

When I switched to blue I canceled the 4 orange trades I had and replaced them with blue. I had no problems doing that, so it appears the trouble is with that one blue trade that carried over.

That ain't how it works. If you start without the team bonus, that doesn't change. Drop and re-offer the trade and you'll get the +1.
