DustyCloud Posted May 12, 2008 Report Share Posted May 12, 2008 No, land just gives your nation more area, though I wouldn't advise buying a large amount. It is only needed if you have more than 50 people per mile in your nation. In order to get extra resources though, you have to establish trades with others. If you click on any other person's nation, you'll see they have a Trade option near the top of the screen. Click on it in order to establish a trade.
