Some directly, some from other members of my alliance who have asked me to be an intermediary. PM me in-game with your offers. As a guide, my recent (March) donations have sold for an average of about $15M + 50 tech. I would also positively consider offers of $12m + 150 tech. Supply is limited and higher offers will rank ahead. Edit: to clarify, I will organise all middlemen needed, so price includes middlemen fees.
