I have a free slot and proposed a trade with another nation and the first 2 times i tried it it was canceled with no warning (click offer trade then check trade agreements immediately to find status as canceled) Then i tried again later in the day and i get the cheat warning, is it because i tried a few times with automatic cancellation. This can be because, you and the trading nation may have had the same IP at once, have same email, password etc. (There are many factors) Regardless, the system is convinced, so you can't trade/aid that person or double-team warring or spying on someone else.
