Hydro
So, apparently: You have already launched cruise missiles twice today against Kanto. Your missile silos are not prepared to launch against Kanto at this time. (cruise missile attacks do not count against standard battle attacks) However, when I look at my sent messages section, I have not sent a single message to Kanto: No matter how many times I refresh, I can't seem to get a message to come up and I can't remember if I actually did send him CM's or not. Just as a sidenote, Kanto could also be Drai; however, since there is no Drai, we can rule out the possibility of that theory.
Grayson Thoril
It's entirely possible that he's online at the moment you're sending them. If he is, he can just delete them as he receives them, and you wouldn't see them in your Sentbox.
Hydro
No offence, but that doesn't make much sense. Why would those be un-seeable while all the other messages that have been read and subsequently deleted are see-able?
admin
If the recipient deletes the message it gets deleted from the game entirley, therefore you won't be able to see it in your sent messages anymore.
