bones wizard
The plane carrying Vice President Anna Kennedy would be directed to Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. Once it landed a Diplomatic Security Service motorcade would take her and the delegation to the White House to meet personally with President George Heller. After arriving, the Marine Corps guards would open the armored limousine's doors to allow the Vice President to enter the White House through the front. She would be escorted to the Oval Office where President Heller would be waiting. "Madam Vice President, welcome! I hope you had an uneventful time getting to Washington." Mara Lithaen
When she arrived at the White House, her security detail peeled off to stand with the President's own guard detail, while her assistant Kerr made himself scarce until she needed him. She smiled broadly at the President as he greeted her, and swept a lock of red hair from her eyes as she reached out to shake his hand. "Thank you and your people for the invitation, Mr. President! It was delightfully uneventful, as it were. It's not often that I get a couple of hours to myself to prepare for a meeting with someone of your stature." she said, smiling charmingly. bones wizard
"Well I am glad you enjoyed your flight. If you do not mind, I would like to get down to business. The US State Department has been bombarded with diplomatic requests and affairs and I've already traveled to Tikal. I felt that this personal encounter between our two countries would greatly benefit each other and the continent. As seen previously, several foreign nations have expressed their interest in North American soil. I am sure you can agree with me that this can never happen. What is the Plains Federation willing to commit to in terms of military cooperation and joint =ly protecting North America?"
Mara Lithaen
"We're certainly willing to assist in repelling any invasions from non-North American powers, of course. This is our land, not theirs."
bones wizard
"We thank the Plains Federation for their words. We hope that if the United States and the Americas need additional assistance in securing the continent, your country would be willing to be an acting partner." bones wizard
"Well that is good news. It is my personal opinion, although it is shared by many in my government, that the US and the Plains Federation should establish and increase than usual, military cooperation. How would your government fell about this?"

bones wizard
"Well I am willing to propose an ODP or even an MDP along with lower level military cooperation agreements (joint exercises, shared intelligence where it concerns either nation, officer exchanges, etc...). Other agreements may be added or subtracted at your desire."
