mona lisa Posted May 27, 2014 Report Share Posted May 27, 2014 (edited) Holy Russian Imperium [CNRP2] With the fall of the Great Russian Empire, a high level army general Andronikov Gavrila, made a valorous and nearly impossible attempt to hold together the Russian government and her lands. Unfortunately several of Russia's previous holdings were lost, however its government and civil/military institutions remained intact. Gen. Andronikov Gavrila assembled civil and military leaders in Kazan to formalize a new government for a new Russia. The Great 20 meetings (20 civil and military leaders from the remaining territories) elected Andronikov Gavrila as the Emperor of the Holy Russian Imperium. He would be charged with formulating an executive government that was to be given the consent by the newly elected unicameral General Assembly.
