Ambassador Williams would be escorted via private car to the working office of Nathan Star Blanket, a comfortable, if abit cramped, study in his houe abutting the Winnipeg Government Offices grounds. The Executive, riding high off the confirmation of the present government and the popular support of the people, was ecstatic and smiled broadly, shaking Mr. William's hand enthusiastically.

"Ambassador, let me be the first of the new Government of the Free State to welcome you to Caledonia. It's very much an experiment in liberty up here, and we are great admirer's of what you've accomplished in the Commonwealth." A tray with coffee fresh from the pot was brought in by an aide, and offers of food and water were provided. A few moments later, after refreshments,  The Executive leaned forward in his chair, elbows resting on his desk, fingers steepled as he considered the man in front of him. "So, let's to business. In short, we are curious as to how we can grow in our friendship with you and improve the situation in the Western Hemisphere. We're eager to contribute, to grow economically and encourage economic growth in our neighbors. We have a list of items we'd like adressed, but first, how about you give me your view of how our two nations can work together?"
