As some of you may know I was avid in setting up tech deals for my previous alliance, The Roman Empire and as some of you who took me up on it found out, some of our sellers didn't pay back their tech. Therefore I am instituting the following system for SCAR members who are tech dealers. SCAR Tech Dealing License: Any member of SCAR who wishes to sell tech to any nation outside SCAR or TTE may do so freely. However, they will not be recommended and licensed as reliable SCAR Dealers until such a time as they have completed 5 tech deals successfully with members of SCAR and/or TTE. Once they have been licensed by these means their nation link will be posted here so the risk of buying from our members goes way down. Any nation may still deal extraneously without this license but the buyer should be aware that they may be unreliable. I hope this will help to alleviate future problems in tech dealing with SCAR. If you are looking for $6/200 deals I would suggest you look at our lowest tier of nations. You would have the best luck just group messaging them about $6/200 deals. If a problem occurs and you are not paid your tech after three days of it being due come to me about it. The most common arrangement for repayment will be a $6/200 deal with someone else.
