Just saw this, and the main question I have is if you have gotten yourself a protector along with forums and an IRC in order for you to interact with both the nations which make up your alliance and foreign dignitaries?

Forums are for signing up ne members, registering diplomats,etc,etc.

 

IRC Channel is used by all alliances...it is easier communication between members, diplomats,etc,etc

 

A Charter/Constitution...sets up your alliance. What the roles of gov are,what they can do,etc,etc.

 

Basically, u need to join an alliance and learn the game.ou are not ready by any means to start an alliance! Wait on this venture for 3-6 months till you understand the game,etc. Then try again!
