Instr Posted February 12, 2013 Report Share Posted February 12, 2013 Please check again and also check that the opposing nation is not more than 13 days inactive. If they are more than 13 days inactive, their losses will only be handled as losses and no gains will be made by the attacking nation. This is to discourage raids against severely inactive nations.
