So, on orders from Tibus Heth, Executor of the Caldari Providence Directorate and de facto leader of the Caldari State, the Directorate looked nearby for locations which would suit the ambitions of the Caldari people better. And one such place was found: Sumatra - a huge island full of industrial areas and economic activity and a large population to support the Caldari state well. Tibus Heth, Executor of the Caldari Providence Directorate, after having internal discussions with the protectors of the area, decided that the time was now. On his orders the Caldari people began to move to Sumatra in a mass migration. The change would not be too drastic, afterall, they were moving from one tropical island in the Indian Ocean to another tropical island, only that Sumatra was larger and full of more industry. Today the Caldari Providence Directorate released the following message: "Greetings to the nations of the world: the Caldari state is now hereby established on the island of Sumatra".
