It appears austerity measures have taken a hard hit to the Hellas military budget.
Soldiers are being sent home, tanks and planes are no longer in production, and the navy shrinks every day.

Initially a ghost DoW, yes, but NG only ever engaged your upper tier because all the slots were open and FARK was left in rubble after the first week. -
