Couldn't find this information anywhere so I decided to post. The alliance statistics screen shows the number of nations within an alliance and also how many of these nations are active. How many days without tax collection will result in a nation being classed as 'not' active? Is it 10 days? Thanks.

Perhaps a silly question... I couldn't find this information anywhere else, so I decided to ask. The Mining Consortium wonder "increases population income by $2.00 for the resources Coal, Lead, Oil, Uranium that your nation has access to". Is that $2 for each of them, or $2 for all of them. I assume it is the first, but I just wanted to clarify before I bought it. Thanks.
