If 5 months' notice isn't good enough evidence that we're legit, I don't know what is. We might need to resort to separate locations, but they would have to be on-campus computers at a school with 50,000 students (some people must play CN), and so it'd be at least a bit risky. Mainly just inconvenient, though.

In August of this year, 2 other CN players and I will begin sharing an apartment, presumably with 1 IP. Two of us have been playing for 10 months, and we'd really rather not lose our nations. Starting in August, can we have some sort of exception to the single-IP rule?

just go to whatsmyip.org and find out what your ip is. then, have your roommate (or someone else in the building) do the same. if you have different ips, you should be fine. my roommate and i both play cn, but the UF residence halls have separate IPs for everyone.
