The Foriegn Division is an alliance of just over 60 members, we are extremely well organised and with a good mix of new nations and those with experience from other alliances (such as \m/, NADC). We are fully democratic and there are always opportunities to contribute to the organisation.

What we can do for you: Power Boost Program - new nations can apply to the program to receive aid every 10 days until they reach 1000 NS. Harbour Fund - help with purchasing a harbour - the first improvement you will need - when you are ready. Trade Guild - trade guild managers will help set you up in a trade circle to maximise benefits and bonus resources. Tech Market - Tech market manager will set up tech deals to give smaller nations a cash boost and larger nations cheaper tech. We also have a fully democratic organisation and there are always oppurtunities to get involved with or make contributions to the smooth running of the alliance.

The Foreign Legion - what happened in the past does not matter, only what you do in the future. We are extremely well set up and have a good mix of experienced and new members. There are always opportunities to contribute to the organistaion and we have a democratic system and are officially neutral.

Have a look at the Foreign Division. We are blue based although we do accept ather colours. Not only are our founders extremely knowledgable but we have had experienced nations join who have been members of major alliances in the past. I think it's worth pointing out that TFD has no objection to anyone applying to be a member whilst naked.

Interesting situation. If you were to apply legal terms, if a bank accidently credits your account and you spend it, you have to give it back. As I see it you have 4 options: 1. Tell them to shove it as it was their mistake and get blown to kingdom come. 2. Plead ignorance and offer to pay back the money in affordable installments (which shouldn't be an issue if you've used the 3 mil to increase the size of your nation) and stay independant. 3. Apply to the alliance involved as part of the deal and offer to pay the money back in affordable installments, possibly including any of the aid they may have given you for joining. 4. Apply to another alliance, declare the situation and ask them to negotiate on your behalf.
