I don't think anyone from Karma has even said they were special. It was more like people ridiculing one of your members arguing that NPO shouldn't be treated as harshly as others because NPO's community is "bigger and better" than those they've given harsh reps to.
Good point. I instead meant to say they think they're special rather than they say they are special. There is obviously a distinction.

What kind of political influence the NPO have left towards the CN community? Do they still have any?
They still have a few allies, and in a few months would be the centre of a mid-strength power cluster (basically NPO, TPF and Purple at the present time). However, they are throwing away goodwill every day that they don't realise they are no longer special.
What is it about Karma alliance members and their perception the NPO is throwing away "goodwill" daily by "speaking of eternal war" and of saying how outrageous and ironic the reps we have been offered are? Also, I do personally believe we think of ourselves as being more special than we should. However, I can say the same for several Karma alliances. Saying that we are "no longer special" after a nearly 200 page thread was maintained regarding our desire to not accept the reps Karma offered us is a bit asinine. Your mere participation in a thread solely about our future seals this fate at the present. The Karma coalition and Irony, oh how they love each other so.

Yes. Yes they are the bad guys when they offer reps like the ones they offered. Before that, they were definitely not "bad guys."

Why can't it be both? Karma wants to make NPO pay for their past transgressions AND insure they do not commit similar actions in the future.
It can be both. I just feel the desire for revenge here is so great it smothers any other emotions that might be lying around.

I disagree. The focus of the majority of this thread has been on making us pay for our past transgressions not on a concern about how we'll storm back from the dead and take everyone out. Yes, there have been a few comments here and there about it, but I feel the reps are more about revenge than they are about any concern of us coming back and hunting Karma down.

How about you read the OP. Yes we increased a certain part of the overall terms. However, we asked certain parts (the worst parts) to be removed in doing so. Therefore, the ultimate goal was to decrease the terms in one section but increase them in another. The resulting set of reps would have been lesser than the current ones offered.
Also, just because you have been posting on the CN forums, as you state it, "forever," doesn't mean it has been intelligent posting.

I already did. i stated the one sentence summary was one-sided. This thread is two-sided, to say the least.

I'm going to my alliance forms right now, and I'm going to argue for upping the terms. Just to compensate for 200+ pages of sheer stupidity from the NPO (mostly yours, you pretty much single handedly prove the wisdom of the initial gag order) and its mouth pieces. I'm gonna push for decomming WRC's for at least the amount of time it takes you to pay off reps, but I'll probably settle for another billion or two.
You guys always threaten the increase in the amount of the terms from where they are now. if we didn't accept them in their current form, what on God's green earth would cause us to accept reps that are worse? This reeks of idiocy.

I've read the majority of them and I think it is ludicrous to think you can sum up 200 pages of information into a single sentence.

I think that about sums up this thread. Harsh terms were fine with the NPO and assorted hangers-on until they were on the receiving end (leaving out that the terms they have been offered are not as horrific as those they readily handed out). Then it is unethical and unfair. If they were truly concerned about ethics and fairness they'd not be in this situation they find themselves in. Add to that the NPO were once again the aggressors in this war and are now trying to portray themselves as victims of big bad Karma.

How exactly could you sum up 200 pages of opinions from 2 mainly divergent sources into a single sentence that comments only on one side of the argument? I tend to disagree.

Never enforced my $@!. I received AT LEAST 4 PM's from Pacifican nations telling me too leave peace mode or face the consequences. What choice did I have?

You say NPO has never made any terms that forced an opposing alliances nations out of Peace Mode and into War Mode, why friend I must point you to the GATO war of which you are speaking of. During said war, NPO said if any nation was still in Peace Mode after May 3rd, 2008 said nations would either stay in Peace Mode forever, or know death.
How about you go back, oh about 162 pages, and read the OP. This is already covered. Moo stated that term was never enforced and apologized for it.

I just finished reading all 128 pages for some reason. To be honest, I was tempted to compare what I just read to a black hole of ignorance and foolishness pulling in any semblance of intelligence and mercilessly crushing it into oblivion, but that would imply that intelligence had somehow been incorporated into the thread.
You are obviously referring to both sides of this useless argument.

Indefinite tribute, forced government expulsions and resignations, viceroys, wonder decoms, they fact they are getting terms at all which is more than can be said for some of their victims.
Be glad I have no say in what the terms are, after reading all the stupidity in this thread I'd add in wonder decoms just to offset having to see all this crap.
And that's assuming we would ever accept any such "draconian" terms.

I don't know about you but looks to me like as untrsutworthy as Doitzel obviously it, he still has more credibility than, say, the NPO.

Trust me. The NPO going around and torching, crushing, and stomping everyone in it's path hasn't made it a lot of friends. If people fighting you were really like you, there is much more that would be done to you.
