Well in the situation you describe, the aid is at risk. It's just by not accepting right away and waiting, the risk is at the sender's end instead of the recipient. You risk the sender being attacked, spending the money by mistake or any of the other ways the sender could be short of the aid sent.
For example, many tech deals are some 6K infra nation aiding a smaller nation, the 6K infra nation is neither at risk of being attacked (significantly) or being short 3M.
It is clearly bypassing the intent of the 10 day period, IMO.

seems more like a strategy built around a bug in the game. That kind of bug has been changed before. People adapt.

Sorry if this is a repeat, search wouldn't work for me.
It would seem that there is a hole in the aid system, where aid can be offered, but not accepted, yet the 10 day period is ticking. Aid can then be accepted at the end of 10 days without any risk of holding cash.
It would seem that the 10 days should start when the aid is accepted.

MHA as an alliance is not in a state of war. I don't plan to be either. (unless I find the spy).
MHA is a sane alliance not prone to bandwagoning or warmongering. War is approached with trepidation and caution. We, the hitchhikers would never attack any one without an ironclad CB.

no, it says that we don't control the present (whatever that means), the people who do control the present can rewrite history however they want. The attempt to do so certainly is obvious. I guess we'll just stick with our role of speaking truth to power.

Why would it take months of planning for the continuum to launch on GPA? Face it, if we were interested in attacking GPA for the top spot, we would have done so months ago, not when we already had it.
I'm not saying the military planning took months. I'm saying laying the groundwork started then.

This is why I love FAN, when faced with the illogic of their own statements they grab a shovel and keep digging. It's like the entire alliance is in fact a clown mining operation, with the little rubber noses and water squirting lapels on an endless journey downwards in class and credibility.
Weak rebuttal. There is absolutely no illogic at all. NPO has been planning to attack GPA for months, the flip in standings in the last week obviously didn't stop the train wreck.

You fail since NPO has been above GPA in rankings for a week now.
The incentive & planning obviously came in the months prior when GPA was number 1. Wouldn't surprise me if GPA hid some nations out somewhere anyways, this has to be the worst kept secret on CN in a long time.

Well, we told the world months ago GPA was next, for no other reason than they were above NPO in the alliance rankings. After a brief detour through NADC, another non-toilet bowl alliance with a sanction, GPAs time has apparently come, based on the flimsiest of manufactured excuses. And all the hangers-on follow like good little pawns.

This is becoming a pattern. GPA screws up and apologizes, seemingly correcting the offense. Then a couple weeks later, something worse happens. Then they apologize, seemingly righting the wrong. Then a couple weeks later......and the circle goes round and round.
This is becoming a pattern, the orders/toilet bowl gang manufacture evidence and/or the weakest, flimsiest justification they can come up with to attack any other sanctioned alliance who doesn't kowtow and pay tribute. I can understand when you were afraid/jealous of FAN at its height, but really, the HIPPIES?
