The reason I'm differing from you is that if something happens to effect your nation in the space between purchasing infra and getting to what I'm saying is recouped then you may have lost out by purchasing the infra, so now the number of days to my what I'm saying is recouped is useful. If you have a 20 day back collect ready and it's going to take another 40 days to get to my recoup point and you know your alliance plans war is 20 days then it makes no sense to purchase that infra. The higher the amount of infra you buy the longer it takes to recoup, the greater the risk that your investment won't pay off.

It wouldn't take 40 days to have the same cash level you had before the infrastructure jump that you stated previously... :lol1:

Investment takes risks, not everyone wants to live in the noob tier like Junka.

Who invests in something only to regain their investment?

Investing in growth does give you a return in investment as you quickly recover money spent and then earn more than you would have by not investing.

Seriously don't take nation building advice from Junka, you should go ask Polar whether they would help you in that department as SNX is seriously lacking.

It's not that the numbers are nonsense, it's that we differ on what on the point at which you have recouped. I am looking at recouped as getting to a point at which your total money is the same as it would have been had you done nothing different, you are looking at it as when you get it back what was spent without earnings over time being taken into account.

Recoup = regain (something lost or expended)

As for your answer, you cannot dwell on the many variables that effect the money you end up collecting, as that doesn't exist until you actually collect it.

We've gone full circle, recouping what you spent doesn't take the time scale that you stated using your nation as an example.

We take that as a dirty non-producerism not knowing what he's talking about.

Now run along you barbarian scum :P

To be fair to join producerism you learn not to be able to nation build properly and rely on aid due to not understanding the economics of nation growth :P

note that I said "days of collections" not "days" on it's own and although my example gives a 1k jump for a nation with plenty of wonders, the nations on AM I linked to in the post before have far less wonder and were 8k+ infra, when they shouldn't be up that high with such small warchest. Really they should be down at 4999.99 build there wonders and warchest up. To go 4999-8k+ and then to recoup and build a warchest would take a good amount of time with the wonders they currently have, my example was to give idea of what a more ideal set of wonders would yield in recovery time.

I'm just saying your numbers on recouping money and the time it would take after infrastructure purchase seemed nonsense and after conferring with others to see if I was crazy or not.... I found out I wasn't crazy :P

    Take that how you wish.

For a nation with my wonders and a 3br the cost to go 4999.99-5999.99 is $114,677,409.98, lyricalz comes up with 12k extra citizen and at $150 income per citizen your collect goes up 1.8mil a day. So 114.6/1.8= 63.6 days of collections without factoring in the bill increase and if you jump higher the costs and therefore the number of days to recoup increases.

You know you can delay collecting for 20 days, then after doing an infrastructure jump collect taxes, which recoups a large portion of the costs instantly.

    It's called back collecting.

I don't know why I have to tell these basic things to a 4 year old ruler.

Who made your nation building guides at SNX?

Hi The Rebel, why don't you run along and bandwaggon with General Kanabis in AM? Oh that's right, you don't have 30 wonders and a couple billion cash anymore. :smug:

Why would I want to fight you, the world's worse nation at fighting and nation building?

Your Stockholm syndrome is cute B-)

There is no expansion occurring. Our treaty with iSX is an optional one and will not be used.

Wouldn't be the first time a counter declaration occurred on main link and then a preemptive on an optional treaty partner as well.

That only works if they are not constantly buying infra and if they stay out of war for several months to regain what they spent. Only then do they start to see the benefit from the extra infra, if they don't have the tech and wonders to protect that infra then they are just burning money.

You need to stop taking nation building advice from farmer Junka.

Making money relatively quickly and recouping costs and obtaining even the strictest warchest requirements isn't difficult at certain easily achievable infrastructure levels.

It's certainly doesn't take several months to start seeing the benefit of increased infrastructure levels.

Why are you posting fake surrenders?

I find it hard to believe that an AM nation who has never posted on OWF until today would surrender when they are in a single war they are winning.... Something fishy here..

SNX obviously recruited him to join them as he matched the victim carding criteria.

How are you going to replace those nukes and fight like a warrior now that you've sold all your infra?:lol1::lol1::lol1:

He pretends to fight by only using nukes and selling everything he owns... So he can tell his members back home that he is a god at defeating his powerful enemies.

His grand strategy is similar to North Korea, they have nothing of value to destroy, one attack south of the border and they win by most damage caused.

It's not "interference" to point out to the rest of your govt your public support of a perma-rogue, among other public acts.

Did you say that with a straight face or is the word interchangeable for you for political convenience?

    Whatever happened to white peace?

As much as I don't really like Sparta, NpO would've never been able to pull off something like this if Sparta wasn't so alienated today.

Terms like this is why Karma v2 needs to happen.

Yes because redistribution within an alliance is exactly like 10s of thousands of tech that had to be delivered from the defeated top tier downwards to the victor pre karma.
