Warns, warns, and more warns! OOC attacks, threats, etc. are not tolerated on these forums. Any further derailment of this thread will result in its closure.

The check for whether the happiness is given occurs when offering the trade. If you haven't done so, cancel and then reoffer the trade and you'll get the color happiness bonus for it.

Buy 0.01 infrastructure. You technically have about 2,999.9966 due to rounding and the Manhattan Project requires 3,000. The same principle applies for any wonder with a similar requirement.

Thank You.
As to where I read that:
FAQ, Game FAQ's #36, also further down the page, question by Arciel and following answer.
That was 2007. I'm glad to hear that has been changed. Seems reasonable while sitting. Forever ... well it's not my game, but <shrug> ... I think during the nation sit is reasonable.
Again, thanks for the clarification.

This has been corrected.
23 hours ago, Blackatron said:Just to clarify this point:
Obviously the nation I am sitting and I cannot both be sending aid to the same nation, nor can we both have active trade agreements with the same nation. However, what if one of us has a trade agreement with a third party nation and the other one has active foreign aid with them?
IE is it against the rules to sit a nation one of your trade partners is aiding/being aided by or to sit a nation which is a trade partner of a nation you are aiding?
I believe that this would be acceptable. After many layers of indirect interaction things become too convoluted to expect people to be able to keep track of. Obviously if there were repeated instances then it might be investigated.

1. Yes, that warning message is due to the expired aid from earlier this month and you are fine to continue sitting for that nation. Just avoid aiding/trading/warring with them until the sitting has ended.
2. You are allowed to aid, trade, or war with/along side a nation you have previously sat. This applies only to nation sittings which are no longer in progress - it still isn't allowed while you are sitting.
Where were you looking? It sounds like something may be out of date.

I cut the search flood control by a third for registered accounts. Should be more tolerable now.

What Blacktron said. Nation sitting is not allowed in Tournament Edition.

This is correct. No you dont have to use the same names but you can only have one forum account. Also yes you can play SE and TE simultaneously
Taken from here:Certain areas of the forum require you to have a nation in either standard CN or CN:TE. If you have...
A SE and a TE nation: You get one forum account. Your forum account name must match your SE nation or ruler name. You are allowed to post in either SE or TE areas of the forum. You must have your CN:TE nation name listed in your profile to post in the CN:TE section of the forum.
Just an SE nation: You get one forum account. Your forum account name must match your SE nation or ruler name. You are not allowed to post in any TE areas of the forum.
Just a TE nation: You get one forum account. Your forum account name must match your TE nation name or ruler name. Your must have your CN:TE nation name listed correctly in your profile. You are not allowed to post in any of the SE areas. You are allowed to post in the water cooler, question center and the moderation forums. Other than that, all your posts need to stay in the TE area. -
Nations designated as alliance managers (you, for instance, won't be able to do this since you only have kick and add permissions) can remove bans and add notes for banned nations, regardless of who placed the ban, here: http://www.cybernations.net/alliance_banned.asp
Those with access to this page can click on the edit icon found next to the alliance leader's name when viewing the roster of all nations in the alliance (ODN's for example). The edit page has a link titled 'Manage Banned Nations' which takes you to the bans page I linked above. -
The above statement is correct. If xp is disabled, you can conduct war games if you're not war slot filling - ie: taking up a war slot of an ally during a real war to limit damages to ally.

The game isn't under attack again: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?/topic/127774-private-nation-info-leak/
