  1. @ruler the white

For one thing a duel adds a risk to the alliance. Alliances need to make clear whether they want to allow it for their members. It adds risk because if a duel goes bad by someone going against the rules that would seem an act of aggression upon that member.

  2. Hamilmania, gifted raider, forgets about the ever-elusive "Change DEFCON Level" spy op.

well thank you for the compliment, goons trained this raider well :P at least their guide helped tons . also I just forgot to mention it , I obviously know the reasons to use change defcon
  3. Spies are expensive as hell, and destroying money is expensive. For me I'd say duels are more of how much damage you can do with ground aircraft and cms, not trying to destroy someone's WC which is the only reason spies and destroying money are used during war.

  4. Reasonable prohibitions in a duel:

    1) no nukes
    2) no killing spies
    3) no destroying nukes
    4) no others should attack on the duel

    Everything else goes I say.

    E: 5) no destroying money

  5. Chow hasn't stopped attacking the SHIELD guy.  They stated they will peace out when that occurs.

Keep in mind, a SHIELD nation attacked pre maturely after peace was met on a nation on the RIOT Society AA.
  6. Well LT promised to stop raiding Guinness... we know how that ended.

You're doing the apples and oranges thing. LT was much smaller, so LT had a much more liberal policy as far as how they did FA. Also LT had a different FA group than RS has. Since the merger, we have actually made NAP agreements to raided AAs that have asked for it. RS FA is a bit different than how LT conducted FA. This is our transition phase though, some ex-LT members still have LT raiding policies in mind when raiding. Yes, we are working on that, and yes, we have given reps when we did the wrong.
  7. Mm. On the 26th is when SHIELD and RS had the peace talks to resolve our conflict.

[21:51:10] <Franz> Can you go on record to say that SHIELD accepts this rep payment, and will not request the protectors to get involved?
[21:54:01] <eXcessium[SHIELD]> I'll accept that and inform Alex and TK that thier intervention is not required by SHIELD  and that RIOT Society and SHIELD are on good terms

The 27th DT and co. attacks RS and on the 28th excessium still stated we were on good terms even with AZTEC attacking us given the reps we paid, then the 29th SHIELD redeclares.

That's them attacking us again after reps were paid, which when they were paid, should have closed that conflict.
  8. RS and SHIELD agreed that our conflict was resolved before AZTEC and co. attacked us and claimed that RS and SHIELD would be on good terms. Then starting yesterday , SHIELD declared on RS nations again. Before yesterday, the war map would have basically looked the same minus SHIELD, though because SHIELD declared yesterday on RS nations, the arrow should point the other way around

  9. Clearly franz is insinuating that the quality of DT members is questionable considering the member who just joined DT is not a quality member. I don't see how that was unclear

To be fair they didn't accept the dude. I actually found it funny. The guy made plans to leave, told Franz he was leaving to DT before he even switched AAs, then when he switched AAs, DT told him to piss off. Good job DT.
