  10. Dissolution of the Aftermath bloc

    The North Atlantic Defense Coalition is proud to have been a member of Aftermath. Although it has been at times trying, we will continue to work cooperatively with and to maintain genuine bonds of friendship with those with whom we have unanimously dissolved this bloc today.

     

    All of Aftermath decided to dissolve the bloc by unanimous and joint agreement several days ago. We felt that it would be it more fitting and appropriate to disband the bloc to which we all have dedicated so much in one last act of unity, friendship and good will, rather than letting it slowly disintegrate and perish. Regrettably, the actions of some today did not reflect that prior agreement.

     

    I wish all our partners here today well. We will continue to work with those with whom we have separate treaties. With those that we do not have treaties, I am sure we will continue to maintain warm relations.

    DISSOLUTION OF THE AFTERMATH BLOC



     
    All good things must come to an end and so the members of Aftermath have decided as a family to end our time together as a bloc. Although Aftermath has come to an end, our friendships will remain. And so, for the last time, Aftermath would like to thank all of our allies and those who have fought alongside us. We also acknowledge those we had the privilege of fighting against and we thank them for some good memories.

  13. NADC-TSO Treaty

    On behalf of the governments and members of The Sovereign Order and the North Atlantic Defense Coalition, I am pleased to announce the signing of an ODP between our two alliances. I hope that this treaty will form the basis for a productive relationship and friendship.

    AN OPTIONAL DEFENSE PACT BETWEEN

    THE NORTH ATLANTIC DEFENSE COALITION AND

    THE SOVEREIGN ORDER



    Article I – Sovereignty

    The parties shall respect the sovereignty of each other, and neither party shall engage in any conduct which may impinge on the sovereignty of the other.

    Article II – Non-aggression

    The parties shall not engage in aggressive actions against each other, including conducting espionage or declaring war on each other, or providing aid to enemies of either party.

    Article III – Dispute resolution

    If a dispute arises between the parties, because of the provisions of this treaty or of any other cause, the parties shall seek to resolve that dispute in private via proper diplomatic channels.

    Article IV – Intelligence

    Each party must share with the other party intelligence or information that relates to or affects the safety or security of the other party.

    Article V – Economic Cooperation

    The parties shall engage in technology trading and resource trading with each other on such terms and at such rates as Finance Ministers of both alliances shall agree upon.

    Article VI – Optional Defense

    If one of the parties is subject to an attack from another alliance or rogue nation, the attacked party may request military or financial assistance from the other party and the other party is encouraged but not obligated to provide such assistance as it is capable of providing.

    Article VII – Termination

    If one of the parties wishes to terminate this treaty, the terminating party must give 48 hours prior notice to the other party. Neither party shall engage in aggressive actions against each other for 72 hours after the termination of this treaty.
