The nation Snowy Wasteland is looking to sell technology to bigger nations. We are currently a smaller nation and brand new, but we are very reliable. Currently, we have applied to the Mostly Harmless Alliance and am not looking to scam anyone. I know that some buyers want the seller to send tech first, but we currently do not have the funds to do so. We are looking for either short term or long term buyers, it doesn't matter.
