As people woke, got ready for the day and headed out to work they noticed that public buildings up and down the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers had the following 2 line notice posted: Att: Dawud Abbas has proclaimed the land generally following the borders of former Iraq the Sultanate of Babil with himself as sultan. God himself supports this claim and the people of Babil (henceforth to be known as Babylonians) are called upon to help in Sultan Dawud's quest to restore Babil to it's former glory and more.
