Requesting Serious Aid!
Recently I've had war declared on me, randomly, by [s]Vasily Karasov. [/s]

It's just idiotic! I've been tossed into anarchy from two meaningless attacks and my warchest is dangerously low. I fear the loss of my nation should the continuous attacks continue.
If possible, I would like to ask for $20,000 to maintain a usable amount in my warchest and if possible, to repel this invasion. I thank you in advance.

Anything in help would be greatly appreciated. In honesty, I mean to spend a portion of what I proposed, which I find fair enough for a small-scale war, to cover only a portion of the destroyed infrastructure and ravaged land. The rest will be put into soldiers and into bills. Assuring that it may never drop from five thousand. Once again, any help is greatly appreciated.
