1. What the $%&@ is this !@#$?  5/20/2015 3:41:56 PM (1 Days)

Times are tough, aren't they!  Hey, nothing again Unkajo, he's a hard worker, but really?

Times aren't tough. He was just our hardest worker and volunteered to help out. We liked him and he has past experience which is very important.

2. No jrkee?

jrkee is very much still around and is currently advising for our government. RL took its toll resulting in him having to stand down and legion was named President. We revamped the government structure after that to consolidate. We hope jrkee will continue to help us and eventually take back a government position.

3. As many of you know, Supernova-X went through some huge changes in the past month in the wake of some issues. We have new forums which are located here. I have the honor of announcing our new charter, detailing our new, consolidated government structure. Without further ado, behold our new charter!

Charter of Supernova-X

This document is being ratified to protect the rights and freedoms of the nations of the undersigned sovereign nations (henceforth known as Supernova-X) and govern the parameters of their interactions.

Article I: Membership

Section A

All rulers who apply for admittance into Supernova-X shall be accepted given that they:

Register on our offsite forums and submit an application
Are involved in no active wars or acts of espionage
Are not a member of any other alliance
Are reviewed and accepted by the appropriate officials

Members are not required to switch teams, but are strongly encouraged to switch to Brown.

Section B
The Emperor reserves the right to expel any member nation from the alliance if he finds their membership to be detrimental to the rest of the alliance. The expellee shall be given a twenty-four hours notice of his or her expulsion and a chance to present a defense. Any sort of in-game cheating will result in an immediate expulsion.

Article II: The Imperium

Section A
The government of the Supernova-X shall be headed by two senior officials who oversee all the operations of the alliance: the Emperor and the Regent

The Emperor
The Emperor is the senior-most official and is in charge of all alliance operations, foreign and domestic. The Emperor has the final say in all decisions. The Emperor serves until death or resignation.

The Regent
The Regent is the second-in-command ranking official. He is to assist the Emperor in all duties and responsibilities. He is to stand in as Emperor should the Emperor be absent in a time of crisis. He is appointed by the Emperor. Should the Emperor resign, the Regent shall ascend to the command of Emperor.

Section B
The Emperor and the Regent shall be assisted by the four appointed Imperial Guards. Their offices are:

Imperial Guard of Defense
Imperial Guard of Foreign Affairs
Imperial Guard of Domestic Affairs
Imperial Guard of Finance

Imperial Guards may appoint deputies at their discretion. These deputies are to aid in the daily operations of their respective department.

Article III: Nuclear Armistice
Members of the Supernova-X are not to engage in nuclear warfare without the direct consent of the Emperor, the Regent, or the Imperial Guard of Defense.

Article IV: Amendments
Amendments may be made to this Charter for the benefit of the Alliance. Amendments must be approved by a three-fourths popular vote. Article II: Section A and Article IV may not be amended.

And of course, the new government as a result:

Emperor: legion-x

Imperial Guard of Defense: X0501

Imperial Guard of Finance: crv24

Imperial Guard of Foreign Affairs: 14dwright

Imperial Guard of Domestic Affairs: Unkajo

We think this is mitigated by the fact that NDO decided to declare war on us and knock out our top nation. None of the involved alliance have nukes, well NDO does but they weren't exactly invited.
Technically, you guys didn't post this topic about a state of war until after NDO posted their DoW. Therefore, your declaration is unfair because you declared on an AA that was already at war. :P

Lol I'm just kidding. Good luck to all the parties in this confuzzled war. :)

An interesting pride in being recipeints of the title.. Spineless is as spineless does I suppose. But continue reminding all and sundry what you are because it saves me the task of doing so though I will no doubt help if you need any help. Like if there were an instance of you forgetting again and trying to masquerade as anything but.
I admire your spirit but the war is over... You do realize that, right? lol :P

6.
Don't tell me what is infantile when you're the joke coming in here trying to state attacking an alliance just out of war with a far lower average while you sat there doing nothing but collecting for 3 weeks is anything but spineless.

Warring? YOU grow a pair and take on alliances who are NOT just out of war and are on a comparable level. And I wont stop pointing that out to the entire community while you squirm and try to hide it sitting there with your vaccuous attempts to claim this is a valid war and not a pretence of being in a war to then sit for more weeks doing nothing. NOT going to happen.

You're the spineless rats of the round so far and I will be surprised if anything can sink lower. And you wont be spamming it away.
I'm pretty sure that you do more turtling then you do complaining and that is saying something... Seriously, no military at all. Last time that I checked, you can't fight without soldiers or CMs or aircraft...

7.
Just as I predicted, grunt and say nothing because there is no denying the reality of the lowest move of the round so far and even the attempts to deny it are infantile at best. And one of yours had the audacity to talk abot a challenge while you along with two cohorts "challenge" someone with half the infra? But again, you have set your own standards and have no avenue of complaint no matter what anyone else does to you.

I'm sure someone will take full advantage of your apparent standards at the worst possible time just like you did. You set yourself up for it.
The only thing that is infantile, is your maturity level. "Grow a pair" and deal with it. Stop arguing point that you have clearly lost. It just makes you look more emotionally compromised and unfit to be warring.

Halushki, you got the second one wrong... This is how he looks:

So now you recognise you're a sorry low down bunch who lurked around waiting for an alliance just out of war and with a far lower average to ambush and pretend you're at war? You know WHY SUN don't have as much NS as you? THEY LIKE ME ARE JUST OUT OF WAR THE DAY BEFORE!!! And unlike you haven't been sitting there for 3 weeks doing nothing but building NS. We were in war after 10 days while you did nothing but build NS waiting for the chance to take advantage.

Now you're admitting to be the cowards of the round in the first 3 weeks and trying to hide behind a non war you can be sorry when others play the same card on you as is likely because you can have no complaints when they do. If they hit you right now you can have no complaints but don't worry about that. They will apologise and say oh well then you can get over it.
I'm not admitting to anything. If you couldn't sense the sarcasm about how "sorry" I was, then you should probably work on that. Also, I build to war, not build to win the round.

9.
Laughing my socks off, you continued the absurd logic I just pointed out. You address nothing and illustrate what i'm talking about by saying to a guy who is already being attacked by 3 of your nations who have double the infra I do that I should come and get you. I'm in anarchy and not even in your range tough guy.

YOU go get someone who isn't in anarchy and isn't just out of a war and who is on a par far less barely in range like your tough alliance has done. Until then you have nothing to say that doesn't illustrate the point of this farce. You have no avenue of complaint no matter what happens to you from here on.
Sorry about the fact that only 1 SUN nation has more NS than me, or the fact that I took on two Citadel nations alone (1 I now have a partner and that 1 being the second strongest Citadel nation), or the fact that your ANS isn't as high as ours. I said sorry, now you can get over it.

10.
Well given that my alliance didn't get the respect of a breathing space from them they haven't earned that respect either.

Go at it. Hit their asses the moment they play out their farce or even before because if you don't you're leaving them to play out this pantomime then sit for more weeks doing nothing. They have set their own rules with this crap. Play them by their own code.
Uh oh, looks like we got the formation of a rogue...

Edit: You're not in my range so I take back my offer.

11.
Good point. Citadel wasn't included in the nation lists (besides Thomas'). Citadel has 1 currently over 10K, but looks like a second guy was also above that level yesterday. Their number 3 was above 9k yesterday, as well.

So, given the build up did right before the blitz, the blitz itself, and what looks like a lack of buildup right now by SUN/Cit, it doesn't seem all that unfair.

It's certainly more difficult to put wars together after a bunch of AA's have warred, which just reinforces the point- war early, war often. B-)
I'm the one who has the number 2 Citadel nation in my wars. He was just above 10K NS this morning and somehow he got missed. So, I declared and knocked him down about 1.5K NS before he logged on and rebuilt 400 NS...

12.
For the record, here are the pre-blitz numbers taken from the in-game data download.

OP:

NS - 254,281
Count - 32
ANS - 7,946
Nukes - 55

10k+ - 5
7k to 10k - 17
4k to 7k - 10
4k to 2k - 0
under 2k - 0

SUN/Cit:

NS - 282,511
Count - 50
ANS - 5,650
Nukes - 33

10k+ - 4
7k to 10k - 14
4k to 7k - 19
4k to 2k - 2
under 2k - 11

If you were to remove the 11 low end nations that are out of range of OP, here are the numbers:

SUN/Cit

NS - 268,936
Count - 39
ANS - 6,896
Nukes - 33

That is all. Carry on. :)
Thank you for the more realistic numbers! :)
