My personal view is that recruitment is successful if your alliance puts great effort in showing people how great the alliance is and all of the advantages of joining and it is true that giving money does not work for people that are sensible, as has been mentioned in our recruiting department back in July, ''I choose this alliance because they showed me respect by not trying to bribe me and just tolled me the alliances ideology''. That is why I'am under going a overall of the department to get members involved in improving our efforts and this will be done by focusing on our alliance's strength of community to show that off, how you ask? Well that would be telling would it not?

Well due to our neutrality we generally don't do that, however if your not at war tech deals are possible, I would wait for a better answer than mine from someone that works in the Ministry of Economics, I can supply a link to our outside tech deal area on our forums but remember our members can only deal with nations that are not at war. http://forums.cn-gpa.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=34 visit here to get tech deals. Also while at our forums if you plan on your alliance communicating with us in neutral ways then search out our Foreign Affairs Ministry to sort out a diplomat section for your alliance not sure if possible at the moment it's under some changes at the moment but worth checking out. Yeah how is that not good enough? Also if your interested in joining, there is a big need for recruiters more than ever, so if you do join then the recruitment department is where it's at! FYI it's the department that made this thread! Oh yeah and we have cookies!

A message from the GPA recruitment department. Hello everyone for people that don't know me, I'am the new DoR of the GPA.
