How much are people making after Bills?

Also 25k Isn't a lot of dough I make loads more than that from tech deals and I make almost that every day with bills subtracted.

Maybe someone will give me that. I mean what if they aren't in an alliance(or a newb free alliance) and need someone to punish the person who cheated on a tech deal or something.

I am in a alliance and I don't wanna get raided. I am not gunna attack a nation for no reason only if they avoiding tech deals or insulting etc.

I read the TOS and I didn't see anything against hiring someone to beat an unruly young nation I could be wrong though.

If you have a nation that needs its butt kicked but you are to powerful just ask me I charge war cost + 20%. My strength is 1713

Is a "Little Guy" acting like an !@#$%^&? I will own him for you at war cost + 20 percent. My strength level is 1713.5. If this is against the rules of the game sorry. I read the TOS and did not see anything against it however I may be mistaken.
