I, Justinbn1 of Arcosephale, member of the Global Organization for Liberty and Defense, offer my surrender to the New Pacific Order and the Confederacy of Independant States. I've offered peace to my opponents, declared myself a prisonner of War, and decomissionned all non-essential military.
