An assembly of hundreds take up the trek and fall upon Panaji, Goa in India; forming what has been branded the "4th Sangam" consisting of statesmen, scholars, ancient record keepers and philosophers to establish what is to be the comming kingdom, [i]shambhal[/i] (place of peace and security) for the people of near surrounding lands. Truley, unique of all past tamil sangams, the 4th has lasted only several days and nights of time when members may not exit, nor foreigners enter the proximity of the sacred meeting place. An elaborate ceremony of entrance is coordinated to enter in food and drink to the participants of the sangam whom have finally, after 32 days, given sign by fire to the anxious public that their final decision is nearing.

On the 33rd day, just as the Sun began to appear as half over the mountain tops, the flicker of blue torches erected upon the many balconies of the old church grounds draw a mass of the native people who begin an excited murmur amongst themselves as the crowd swells to growing, greater extent. The people's curiousity was not let to grow long though, for only a short time after the crowd expanded to an extent that braught alarm to those whom understood not what was the meaning of this occasion; 41 statesmen, 73 scholars, 12 record keepers, and 22 philosophers appear to the thousands of eyes awaiting...
The Master of the 4th sangam, speaker of those in participation takes a balcony above all other participants who now stand in a crowd of their own, seperated by short brush from the larger crowd of the people. With a deep, barreling voice he speaks,
[i]"A call to answer the patient ears of us, the people, whom have awaited their kingdom on this land we are born, live and die.. How stands this sangam?"[/i]
The participants at once reply, [i]"Succeeded."[/i]
Parting his hands open to the participants the sangam Master continues, [i]"And so close the gates again, sealed; immovable as stone."[/i] as he clasps his hands together slowly [i]"The death of a search, the birth of an answer. What is your answer?"[/i]
Participants reply, [i]"A kingdom is able, and so will be. Witness our finding, of sacred will and high counscious."[/i]
The participants sit as the sangam Master reveals a scroll from his silk robe, opens it and reads the centermost line; reserved for immidiate actions to be taken with the closing of the sangam. [i]"Highest law of this land now and always; the people. From this land to all lands, our kingdom to all kingdoms of the world; to show face of, speak word of, and bring good to us people shall be our queen. Selected of the Rajani family by the 4th sangam, Shanti Rajani, eldest daughter of the family."[/i] bringin the scroll down to his side he finished, [i]"To represent our people in the audience of all people, Queen Shanti Rajani and her dynasty established by this sangam and upheld by all people of the land (Goa)."[/i]
At once, all were dismissed to seek Shanti Rajani, their new queen. She had been present at the start of the crowd, but retreated to the call of her father to retrieve drink from the well. There she was found. The begining days of the Rajani Dynasty have begun.
