In the peace talks' location, a V-22 Osprey simply marked with the Disparuean Forces' seal and the Disparuean flag began to descend upon one of the helicopter pads. Amidst the fury of snow spewed up by the Osprey's blades, three figures disembarked from the helicopter. The Water-Blue Minister would've identified them as officers from the Judicial Police as they were illuminated by the Osprey's lights. They were wearing their expeditionary winter uniforms, consisting of blue parkas and pants, and black boots. The Judicial Police's seal was stitched unto their uniforms' sleeves.
Two more figures emerged from the Osprey. The first one was Deputy Minister Muddkip, who was wearing his normal attire of white-and-teal clothing. The second one was Deputy Minister Palkia, who was wearing a normal-looking suit and a black parka. Three more Judicial Police officers would follow them out and escort them.
The delegation slowly approached the Water-Blue Foreign Affairs Minister. Wallace would greet her rather warmly while Palkia merely nodded at her. After exchanging pleasantries, they began to wait for the arrival of the Canuck and GLPer delegations.

The Minister stood and watched the chopper land. Because she was a neutral party between the two nations, she thought it would show respect if she had no guards by her side; showing she knew she needed no defense from either party because she meant no threat to either. She gave a warm smile and greeted the men, acting as friendly as she could to both but oddly enough Mr. Wallace was a little more friendly to her then Mr. Palkia (although he wasn't rude at all). The Minister (Minister Sarah) turned to Mr. Wallace, "Monsieur... I think it would be better if we had you made at home inside. I was given intelligence that your soon to be friends are getting here by diffrent means and may be a little longer then we expected. Please, let me show you inside so you can get situated."
Minister Sarah took the men into the building and let them get situated and stayed inside for a while until she knew it would be only a few minutes before the other nation's representatives got there.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs for Blue Water waited for the two helicopters to land on the pads near the building (75 feet from it.) Snow was lightly falling around them. The minister was dressed very nice for the occasion. She was in her aqua-colored winter clothes. A heavy, but fashionable, blue jacket rested on her shoulders. Although she will not watch over the meeting, she is in charge of the event and keeping the men safe. She will stay in a separate room while they speak of peace. If anything were to happen and cause the death of the Minister, it would most defiantly be taken as an act of war.[/color]

You see, a bullet hole was found in the ceiling. The bullet was taken out and no DNA was found on it; not even any sign of blood. Also, after you smelled the smoke, you said the men looted your home... I read in the report you gave the police... You said they looted your house with "Big bags"...
"I don't think you need big bags to take some silverware... Do you? I think they took your daughters and your wife without killing either of them. No remains were found and the shot that you said "killed" your wife went into the ceiling."

I thought it would be a good first case for my top court to decided because I added a few twists into it. It is going to revel a lot about the background information of Queen Eve that y'all didn't know about. But please, be warned that the story is violent. View discretion is advised. "All rise for the 11 High-Judges." Everyone stood, looking at the large oak doors that slowly creaked open. In walked 6 women and 5 men. The men were in suits and the women in fine dresses. All the men had on blue ties and the women had dresses that were almost the same color; but with some variation. They looked marvelous, they looked like they were about to go to a ball of some sort and celebrate some occasion of amazing importance... Unfortunately, that is not why they looked so handsome and beautiful. No, these long dresses and straight ties were meant to face evil, not joy. That day those men and women would meet some of the most evil people they might ever lay their eyes on.
The 11 people walked in, emotionless. Eyes met not with the observers, not with the defense, and not with the prosecution. They walked in harmony, like how a butterfly flies in an innocent path to a flower. They each took a seat and then looked up, making eye contact with the observers in the back and the prosecution. "Thank you all for standing for us" said one of the handsome men, "I ask only that you stay standing for a few more moments for our Queen." said Judge Andrew. Silence fell upon the room as the heavy oak doors opened again, reveling the beautiful Queen herself. Queen Eve was dressed in a fine blue silk dress with her crown on her head; she had not worn it since she gave her first address to the Queendom. She walked to the very first bench behind the prosecution and said, "Thank you your honor." She slowly sat, everyone standing around her. The man nodded at the young Queen and said, "Thank you Your Majesty... You may all now be seated."
There was a moment of silence and then a bailiff walked up with a Roman Catholic Bible and brought it to the first judge, "Your Honor. Do you swear to judge this case fairly and not biased on any beliefs. Do you sware to judge this case based on our Charter; and do you swear to judge this case without any outside influence except from the Queen or God himself? Or so help you God?" the judge said into the microphone, "I swear, or so help me God." Each Judge took the pledge and then the balif returned to his postion, setting the Bible back in it's glass case.
"I am calling this case into order." said Judge Andrew. "This is High-Court Case 01. Jefferson versus Marx." He lowered his eyes and looked down at the prosecution, "You may begin Ms. Joane." he said to the lawyer. "Thank you your honor." she walked up to the witness seat and then said, "I would like to call Mr. Jefferson to the witness chair." Mr. Jefferson stood and slowly walked to his seat. He trusted Ms. Joane and knew she would do a good job. He knew she would... "Mr. Jefferson. I would like you to tell me everything that happened that night from your perspective. You may begin whenever your ready."
Mr. Jefferson cleared his throat, "My family and I were eating supper. Me, my wife Angie, my daughters Susan 12, and Lauren 16. We were discussing the girl's days at school and how well they were doing. All A's, both of them." he proudly said, "When we were finishing up I heard some noise downstairs. I told my family to stay upstairs. Before I decended into the lower floors I took my Colt-Revolver with me and loaded each chamber. After my weapon was loaded I went down the steps of the grand staircase and the entire bottom floor of the mansion was black... Solid black. Then I was hit in the head by Mr. Marx. I was not uncontious, but it did give Mr. Marx and his brother enough time to take my weapon from me and handcuff me. I was brought upstairs and thrwn onto the couch. When my wife saw them she started screaming... Mr. Marx took aim at her but his brother [the younger brother] stopped him......." Mr. Jefferson paused for a moment and quoted what the young Marx said, "'Let's have a little fun first...' That's when I started to struggle and started... Threatening them. I would repeat my threats but I know they were only inflamatory and would not help this case... So as I was saying... The older one took my own weapon and shot me. The bullet entered my shoulder and I emidiatly fell over. I didn't yell... I didn't scream... But I closed my eyes.
When I opened them again I saw the frightened faces of my beautiful daughters... The younger one had both of them by the necks... They...... He...." Ms. Joane broke the pause, "You do not have to explain in detail... You can generalize it..." Mr. Jefferson paused for a few more moments and then said, "My two daughters were tied together and laid on the floor... My wife was brought into our bed room and I could hear her screams... Because I did not see it I can not technically say what happened, but you all know what they did to her for 20 minutes... Then a... then I heard the shot... She stopped screaming... They both came back into the room and untied my daughters and brought them to show what they had 'Did' to their mother... The same thing happened to them except their screams and cries continued... They got louder and I heard Susan scream, 'Please Mr. no!' but he didn't... That's why I started to smell smoke and the frantic cries of my daughters... After about a minute their yells stopped and the smoke settled on the ceiling but I could tell the fire had stopped... Then Mr. Marx came in and him and his brother plundered our home and left with about 700 dollars in silverware and 300 dollars in fur coats..... I crawled over to the phone and called the police..."
The Queen was silently crying in the corner of the room she was in but was doing a good job at keeping a low profile. "Thank you Mr. Jefferson. I promise we won't make you retell all of that again..." said Ms. Joane. Mr. Jefferson's eyes were filled with confusion as he looked over at the defendants. He stepped down from the bench and went sit back in his seat. Ms. Joane softly said, "That is the end of my opening statement."
The defendant's lawyer, Mr. Ronsforth, stood, "Mr. Jefferson please go back to the bench..." Mr. Jefferson didn't need to take the oath because all the witnesses were given oaths before the court came together that morning, "I have a few questions about your story..."[/color] -
[color="#4169E1"]The Queen walked out of the plain in her aqua-colored clothing. Her shoes, her top, her bottom, hey eyes; they all matched. Her long blond hair was down, not restrained by a ponytail, and was beautiful is a breeze blew it and it jolted to the right of her body. When she reached the last step of the temporary stairs she smiled at the men, "Hello gentlemen." The men were very friendly to her and guided her to a limo. It was very nice with a very nice inside as well. The sleek, long, black car began to drive and the began to have the occasional "chit-chat". Nothing major enough to be repeated.

The Queen sat in one of the luxurious chairs and enjoyed the beginning of the flight. She figured she would break the silence and said, "I thank you for taking time to come get me from the airport. At the beginning of the war between York and the United States, Blue Water lowered it's DEFCON level to 4. 23 minutes ago the Queen gave the order to lower the DEFCON level to DEFCON 3. All military units are now on stand by.

The Royal Air-force now has 30 fighters in the air.
-10 fighters are orbiting La Jonction at any given time (protecting La Jonction)

-7 fighters are staying over the shore of the Hudson (protecting the coast)
-3 fighters are protecting our border with the Black Phoenix Empire
Army-Ground Troops:
-The Army has all men in bases ready for Defensive measures but not ready to be deployed because the order has not been given
-Not all men have been ordered from home to base
-The 200 remaing Queen's Marksmen are protecting the Queen while she is in the Royal Palace (the other 1,00 are being deployed)

-The Navy has gone on high-alert and is now patrolling waters (that aren't frozen) during the night

No longer will a family have to take 72 different dirt roads and 36 paved roads to get from La Jonction to New Pairie (Paris). The first interstate of Blue Water is now under way. The name will be, [i]Interstate 1[/i]. This road will connect the three biggest cities of Blue Water to each other. A smaller road, [i]Interstate 1-1[/i], will go to Farmville from New Pairie (Paris) and then to Queen's town. These roads will defiantly help with shipping and help our economy sprout.
A rail line has been designed as well. The name, [i]Blue-Rail 1[/i], will follow the general route of Interstate 1 and a smaller rail,[i] Blue-Rail 1-1[/i], will follow the general path of [i]Interstate 1-1[/i].
Because of the government's Free Enterprise system, the government may not own any buisness. So, the Queen spoke with a group of investors and they formed the first rail service of Blue Water. Land was given to the company to build these rails and the Queen gave a Royal Decree saying that any citizen who works to build the rail lines or the Interstates will be given an additional $7 an hour.

The Queen's Marksmen are a special division of sharpshooters that train for several months in an advanced training facility. They train six days a week only to rest on Sunday. They are equipped with [url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M82_Barrett_rifle"]M82 50 Caliber Rifles[/url] and two 45 caliber silenced pistols.

Also, depending what kind of environment they are in, they wear guile-suits witch fit the occasion. There are only 1,200 of these snipers, as of now, and 200 of them are stratigically placed around the royal palace to guard the Queen. 1,000 are being sent along with Blue Haven's troops to help fight the war against York.
Also, they do not have anything to identify what nation they are from except their symbol witch is a patch on their uniform (no you can not see it when they are wearing guile-suits). This symbol is the symbol of the Queen's Makrsmen. The Queen's Marksmen is a Legend to most people but their symbol is completely unheard of.

These marksmen are the best in Blue Water and the Queen knows they will be taken care of. She knows they will do well and hopes they get plenty of kills. [/color] -

Thanks for having a mature conversation. I didn't know about the war until I re-rolled. A friend messaged me and asked if I was looking for land. I said sure, because Organcia is a dusty rock, so I moved to Manitoba. That day I figured out you declared war on Organcia because I checked my ingame nation. -

I re-rolled without knowing you even declared war on me. If you look in the map page I was happy to leave my land to you until your mass murdered half the people in my country. And I didn't rp any of your citizens. I said that main "claimed" to be a citizen of your nation and he claimed to be in the military. I thought that was a good retaliation for rping and changing the entire history of my nation. That was a rather aggravating and rude way to take things about. [/color]

Then any real violence towards the character translates to psychological violence to the player. It's kind of like taking a picture of them they've given you and setting it on fire after stabbing it... while in front of them.

The Queendom of Blue Water set it's DEFCON Level at 3. Soldiers are being organized and missile-defense systems are being set up at the moment. The Queen is currently at her palace but if anything negative towards Blue Water is to happen, she will be moved to a secure facility to govern her Queendom until further notice. The Queen's Navy has gone on high alert and is now patrolling the Hudson, along with all rivers and lakes in Blue Water, with extreme caution. The air force has planes patrolling the Capital and Queen's Town 24 hours a day with at least 10 birds in the air around each city at a time.

Men are still on stand-by in military forces but the Navy is no longer on high-alert. The navy still has there ships loaded for fire though.
All of the Queen's Marksmen are home and are doing their normal duty. The Air-Force Will lower it's defenses once the peace talks are over with *censored*.[/color]
