It is as IC as you will get. Nobody talks important IC politics in channels, those are done in queries.
And if you're referring to analysis of things, like threads in the OPW that is what you get in #nsa, it is the largest channel in CN and everybody is in there.
On the "highly regulated" part, good luck, been tried, failed miserably.

Contrary to a lie you told later, everyone who tried to open it was successful. More importantly, it defeated your argument (again) that it's just too hard to fake IRC screenshots for poor Junkalunka to have done it. But I've already pointed this out and you've ignored it before, which leads me to believe that you're just trolling.

Where does that statement state using peace mode at any point is permenant ZI for the duration of the conflict. You suggest if it is done on an alliance scale, it would have consequences of permenant ZI. We certainly did not use it on a grand scale anywhere sound military strategy would dictate so we complied as best as we could. However, that statement above was very unclear and was prior to the conflict and hardly controlling once you declare war and issue subseqent guidence.
What does it matter? You're getting Perma ZIed as an alliance anyway. Your only way out of this is by surrendering, 1 by 1.

Comply with what exactly? I'm now on a perma ZI list for taking an Imperial Officer at her word when she said 5 days peaceful recuperation was perfectly acceptable like in any other conflict.
So, fail to comply = perma ZI, comply = perma ZI.

I had 1.97 Environment before the switch. (0.97 GRL and 1 from my nation). Switched to Democracy and it's still the same.

I think our willingness to aid and defend our allies would outweigh the occasional post that doesn't agree with them 100% but maybe that is just me. What really amazes me is how Someone from Valhalla spits on the war, that Gramlins is happily fighting alongside our allies, than someone from IRON quotes the Mobius Accords and than a stray comment about the wording of that section ends with NPpO criticizing Gramlins.
You misunderstand. NPO has no problem with Gramlins, we find them to be a great ally who stands behind us and we stand behind them. Our objections are towards a single member, who has demonstrated the behavior we keep pointing out on numerous occasions. And private talks with him doesn't seem to resolve anything.
