    I have been looking at the top 120 alliances slot usage for more than month. Hooligans being one of the highest on slot percentage.

    I caught some of the stats of Hooligans on certain time during server timezone. Slot percentage may differ since stat was taken on a specific time.


    As of 11/4/2012 8:37:16 AM Server Time
    Hooligans - 58.00%

    As of 10/12/2012 11:52:44 PM Server Time
    Hooligans - 63.16%

    The only ones recognize here are just TOP and Umb and not their allies. It only means TOP and Umb and their allies are doing a better FA and better growth than their opponents. And proof is stated on these stats

    yeah, this is why i am questioning the whole purpose of this thread. Its rather political than what is best for the whole game.

    As proven by Gopher, the OP should back up this thread with stats showing that the two alliances, Umbrella and TOP, accounts for majority of the nations that can dominate the top 1000.

    Ok, let me rephrase the question. Since you declare that GPF have no current PIATs, did you upgrade or cancelled your PIAT with PPO, the Red Light Protection Force Treaty?
