It's not like he honestly thinks he'll bring down 3 alliances on his own. Fill his war slots or stop talking "the talk". It's seriously sad that an alliance with 1500 offensive war slots can only muster up the use of one. It's like that time during DH/NPO war when I had been eating nukes for 4 months but I had to fight a rogue for you because you guys couldn't get anyone to declare, and THEN, I couldn't get a drop of aid from one of your 3000 aid slots. I had to ask my alliance mates who just got done sending 7 Billion Dongs to GOONS to drop me some cash.
Nut up already and declare war on his one 5k NS nation. -
