    Come now Kongo Jack,

    Goons have certain criteria we need fulfilled to attack someone. This guy is loosing to an unaligned that he decleared upon, has no tech, is very young, has no massive cash in aid.

    There´s no reason for a Goon to waste a warslot on this guy.
